2. AI reads and indexes it. The text is extracted, split into sections, and indexed in a private index scoped to your session or account.

We built LearnByAi so your files stay private and your sessions stay isolated.

• Documents are stored in isolated cloud storage, and every query is filtered by your session or account ID so you only retrieve your own content.
• Your documents and chat history are never visible to other users or shared across sessions.
• Vector embeddings are scoped to your session and deleted when you remove your document.
• Your documents are sent to our AI provider only to generate answers. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

LearnByAi is an AI document chat tool. You upload a document and ask questions about it in plain English. Answers are based on passages retrieved from your own document.

Do I need an account?

No. You can try it without signing up. No account required to use LearnByAi. Free allowance: 10 logical pages and 10 messages per day without signing in, or 30 logical pages and 15 messages per day with a free account. Add funds to your wallet to pay as you go.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and TXT files, plus JPG, PNG, and TIFF images. Scanned PDFs and photos of documents are processed automatically with OCR so you can search and ask questions about their text.

Is my document private?

Each document is accessible only from your own session or account. Your documents are sent to our AI provider only to generate answers. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Anonymous-session documents are cleaned up automatically once the session goes idle. You can also delete a document yourself at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I rely on the answers?

LearnByAi explains what your document says, but AI can misread or miss details, so check important answers against the original. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
