No subscription required
LearnByAi uses a pay-as-you-go wallet model. There are no recurring charges. You add funds and spend them only when you use a paid action.
Session responsibility
If you use LearnByAi without an account, your workspace is tied to a browser token. Clearing your browser data permanently severs access to that session.
Upload only content you have rights to
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any document you share with the platform.

Session Responsibility
Understanding anonymous-first sessions
LearnByAi is designed to work without requiring an account. This convenience comes with a responsibility you should understand before uploading important documents.
Anonymous sessions
Your workspace is linked to a browser-generated session token (anonymous_id) stored in your browser's local storage. If you clear your browser data, that token is removed and your previous documents and chat history become inaccessible. The platform does not keep a backup link to reconnect you to a cleared session.
Document deletion
If you delete a document, all underlying data is permanently removed across file storage, the vector index, and the database. This action cannot be undone.
Signed-in accounts
If you create an account, your documents and history are tied to your account credentials rather than a browser token. Your data persists until you delete it or close the account.
Acceptable Use
What you agree not to do
To keep the platform stable and fair for all users, you agree not to:
- 01Deploy automated scrapers, continuous scripts, or programmatic requests designed to overwhelm our infrastructure.
- 02Attempt to reverse-engineer our document parsing mechanics or inject malicious content into text-extraction workflows.
- 03Upload documents you do not have the right to process, including documents containing other people's personal data without their consent.
- 04Use the platform to generate outputs that constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) for others, without appropriate disclaimers.
- 05Exceed tier usage limits in a way that degrades service for other users.

What AI-generated answers are and aren't
LearnByAi uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation to answer questions based on the content of your uploaded documents. The answers are only as accurate as the source material.

Billing
How the pay-as-you-go wallet works
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You add funds to your wallet and they are deducted only when you use a paid action.
Wallet top-ups
Funds added to your wallet do not expire. Balances are deducted only when you use a metered action, such as sending a message or uploading beyond your free allowance.
Manual top-up review
Top-ups submitted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or bank transfer are reviewed and credited manually. Processing time may vary.
Pricing adjustments
Free-tier allowances and per-action pricing may be updated at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the pricing page.
Refund Policy
When you can get your money back
We want you to feel confident adding funds to your wallet. Here is exactly when and how refunds work.
Full refund: unused balance
If you have not used any part of a wallet top-up, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partial refund: partially used balance
If part of a top-up has already been spent on metered actions, only the remaining unused balance is eligible for a refund. Charges for actions already delivered are final.
How to request
Email security@learnbyai.app with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Updates
