Full refund within 14 days
If you have not used any of a wallet top-up, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partial refund on remaining balance
If some of your balance has been spent, only the unused portion is eligible for a refund. Charges for actions already delivered are final.
Returned to original payment method
Approved refunds go back to the original card or payment method used at checkout.

Email security@learnbyai.app with your account details and the transaction reference. That is all it takes to start a refund.
No recurring charges
LearnByAI has no subscriptions. You are never auto-charged. Refunds apply only to wallet top-up purchases.
Unused balance never expires
If you decide not to request a refund, your remaining wallet balance stays in your account indefinitely.

How the LearnByAI wallet works
LearnByAI does not charge a monthly or annual fee. Instead, you top up a wallet with the amount you choose, and credit is deducted only when you use a paid action such as sending a message, uploading a document beyond your free allowance, or generating an export.
Unused wallet balance never expires. If you top up and then use the platform infrequently, your credit waits for you. Refunds are an option for users who decide they no longer want to use the platform and have unused credit they would like returned.

When a refund applies
Two conditions determine whether a top-up is eligible for a refund.
Full refund
Unused balance, within 14 days
If none of a wallet top-up has been spent and you request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, you receive the full top-up amount back.
Partial refund
Remaining balance, within 14 days
If part of a top-up has already been spent on metered actions, only the remaining unused balance is eligible for a refund. Charges for actions already delivered are final.

Non-Refundable Actions
Charges that cannot be reversed
Once a metered action has been delivered, the associated credit deduction is final. This applies to the following actions.
Messages sent
Each chat message that was answered consumes wallet credit. This is non-refundable once the response has been delivered.
Documents processed
The cost of processing and indexing a document is deducted at upload. This charge is final once processing completes.
Exports generated
PDF or Word exports that have been generated and delivered are non-refundable.
Voice queries
Audio transcription and voice-to-voice responses that have been delivered cannot be reversed.
